This Is a Type of knife called a kiridashi, the Japanese name gives to tools made for cutting referring to blades. I will be make a rustic kiridashi, Leaving evidence of the forging and heat treating process. The Primary bevel will be a saturn finished. This an idea of they kiridashi look generally.
