This is a beautifully decorated stair case in the forbidden city. These kinds of murals decorated the emperors walk way, all through the forbidden city. It amazes me the detail of the marble carvings and yet the forbidden city was built in 1406; tools would have been very labor intensive.

This is Hong Kong airport. It has 50 boarding gates, a nice walk from arrivals to departures about a kilometer walk or just short of. It was very clean and spacious with lots of light.
